Rather than selling it off or changing what worked, Wade doubled down on tradition, making sure Cattlemen’s stayed true to its roots while improving its already famous steaks.

More than 100 years later, the restaurant is still family-owned and operating from the same location, making it the oldest continuously running restaurant in Oklahoma.
