The Cowboy Christmas Parade at the Historic Stockyard City will be sure to kick off the holiday season in true Western fashion. At the parade, you’ll see horses, cattle being led through the street, and even a cowboy Santa ready to greet excited onlookers! This year, Pake McEntire, an accomplished country artist and steer roper, will be the Grand Marshal. The parade will be led by the Slash O Ranch Longhorns, which will be a sight to remember. After the parade, you and your family can take pictures with Cowboy Santa, shop the unique stores, and of course, eat at your favorite local steakhouse. Stockyards City Tree Lighting 2025
Kick off the holiday season the true cowboy way at the 2025 Stockyard City Tree Lighting Ceremony. Starting Friday, November 21st, at 6:00 p.m. at the corner of Agnew and Exchange, this is where the historic Stockyard City comes alive with the Christmas spirit. Your entire family will love the sights and sounds of the season, from the twinkly lights to the live entertainment and free hot chocolate. Cowboy Santa will even be stopping by for pictures and greetings. As the lights light up against the Oklahoma night sky, you’ll feel the Stockyard magic and tradition that make this place a special place.
